韓国のコーヒー器具メーカーのHOLZKLOTZが発売したドリッパーです。ドリッパー単体でも販売していますし、わたしはドリッパースタンドやサーバーとのセット品を購入しました。中古のドリッパーに欠けとヒビが入った状態で安く購入したので、金継ぎ風に補修して使ってます。ドリッパーは内側が透けるくらい薄い作りなので、落としてしまった際は壊れやすそうです。さて、A27というドリッパーの名前は、「Λ」の形が27個配置されていることからです。抽出速度はあまり早くないです、なので中深煎りを粗く挽いて入れることが多いかな。同メーカーのスタンドと合わせて使うのも、なかなかかっこいいです。

This is a dripper released by HOLZKLOTZ, a Korean coffee equipment manufacturer. I purchased a set that includes a dripper stand and server. I bought a used dripper with chips and cracks at a low price, so I repaired it in a Kintsugi style(Japanese traditional repair method) and use it. The dripper is so thin that you can see through the inside, so it is easy to break if you drop it. Now, the name of the dripper, A27, comes from the 27 “Λ” shapes arranged in a row. The extraction speed is not very fast, so I think I often put coarsely ground medium deep roast. It is also quite cool to use it with a stand of the same manufacturer.
