ハリオ台湾がTri-up Coffeeと作ったドリッパー、FLOW DRIPPER。第1弾では陶器製でしたが、第1弾のこちらは素材がトライタンになり、価格が安くなり、サイズも少し大きくなり本体が分割できて洗いやすくなりました。サイズアップを除き、基本的には第1弾の01と同様に、中央の柱がユニークで抜けが早く、後半も詰まらないのが特徴です。焙煎度や挽き目が変わっても抽出が安定するオールラウンダーです。最近ではフラットペーパーのフィルター(油こし紙)をネゴシエーターを使ってぴったり貼り付けての抽出が好みです。より抜ける速度が上がり、抽出が1分半以内で終わるくらい。フラットペーパーを使ってから、このドリッパーがもう1段階楽しくなりました。

The FLOW DRIPPER is created by Hario Taiwan with Tri-up Coffee, and while the first version was made of ceramic, this second version is made of Tritan, which is cheaper, slightly larger in size, and the body can be divided for easier washing. Except for the increased size, it is basically the same as the first version, 01, with a unique central column and fast speed brewing and does not clog up during the final of the brewing process. It is an all-rounder with stable extraction even with different roast degrees and grindings. Recently, I prefer to use a flat paper filter (oil strainer) with a negociator. The speed of extraction is much faster and the extraction takes less than 1.5 minutes. Since using the flat paper, this dripper has become another level of enjoyment.
