ダイソーは今までもいくつかオリジナルのドリッパーを発売していますが、この「おこのみドリッパー」は、チャレンジングな商品だと思ってます。100円という販売価格で抽出スピードを可変できる機能をつけたのはものすごい。可変レバーは抽出中にも変えることができますが全閉はできません、多少は漏れます。何回か使って行き着いたのが、不織布のフィルターを使って少量(10g)の豆での抽出です。不織布だと落ちるスピードが早すぎるのを、可変のレバーで調整する感じです。
注意したいのが本体の耐熱温度、これが80度なんですよね。なので、低温での抽出になることを心がけないといけないですね。

Daiso as the biggest of the 100 yen(0.66 USD/Mar. 2025) shops in Japan, has released several original drippers in the past, I think the Okonomi Dripper is a challenging product. The 100 yen is a great price for a dripper with a variable extraction speed function. The variable lever can be changed during extraction, but it cannot be fully closed, and some leakage occurs. After using it several times, I using a non-woven filter to extract a small amount (10g) of beans. With the non-woven filter, the speed of the fall is too fast, but with the variable lever, I can adjust the speed. That’s nice.
I want to note that the heat resistance temperature of the body is 80 degrees Celsius. So you have to keep in mind that the extraction is done at a low temperature.
