2023年にアップデートされたフラワードリッパーです。材質がAS樹脂からトライタンへ、カラーもブラック版が追加されました。発表されたとき、かなり興奮した記憶があります。特にブラックがかっこよくて、発売後すぐに購入しましたね。もともと初代のフラワーを使っていたので、そのままトライタン版に取って変わりましたが、人は欲深いもので形もアップデートして欲しかったな、と思ってます。それは持ち手の高さが円錐の最上部よりも高い位置にあることで、ドリッパーに乗せる系のMelodrip Liftなどのドリップアシストが安定して乗らないんですよね(Simple KaffaのDrip Showerはギリ乗る)。その他の使い勝手は初代と同様に、浅煎りも深煎りも使えるオールマイティなドリッパーでお気に入りです。

The Flower Dripper has been updated in 2023. The material has been changed from Acrylonitrile-Styrene Resin to PCTG(Tritan), and a black version has been added to the color range. I remember being quite excited when it was announced. The black one was especially nice, and I bought it right after it was released. I had originally used the first generation Flower, so I went straight to the Tritan version, but people are greedy and I wish they had updated the shape as well. That is because the height of the handle is higher than the top of the cone, and drip assist devices such as the Melodrip Lift, which is a system that rides on the dripper, doesn’t ride on it stably (Simple Kaffa’s Drip Shower just barely does). Other than that, the usability is the same as the first generation, and I love this all-around dripper that can be used for both shallow and deep roasting.
