ブルーボトルコーヒーのオリジナルドリッパー、の色違い版です。もともと上海の店舗で限定販売されていたモデルでしたが、オンラインショップで買えました。フラットボトムのモデルの中でもいちばん小さいんじゃないか、というくらい抽出穴が小さいです。ノーマルバージョンも4年前に買って持ってるんだけど、その当時はあんまりいい印象はなかったんだ。でも、挽き目は細め、豆の量は少なめお湯を多めで注いだらいい感じに。これは経験値あがったかな、ってのを実感した1個です。

This is a special color version of Blue Bottle Coffee’s original dripper. This model was originally sold exclusively at a store in Shanghai, but I bought by online store. The extraction hole is so small that it is probably the smallest among the flat bottom drippers. I bought the normal version 4 years ago and have it, but I didn’t have a good impression of it then. But when I poured in more hot water with a finer grind and a smaller amount of beans, I got a good impression. I felt that my experience had improved with this one.
